How do you create a language? You have to start with deciding why you're creating a language. And there are a lot of decisions to be made, but little by little is you make these top level decisions and they narrow down. If you're creating something for a story, you have to create something that makes sense for that story. Um, if you're creatingsomething for yourself, you haveto create something that pleases you or fits the aesthetic that you're going for.
