Taking Rest Days Is a True Rest Day
When your building muscle is outside of the gim, when you're eating enough, sleeping enough and resting. Taking rest days is a true rest day. I don't care if you get ten thousand steps in by being active. But some people's rest day, im like, so i'm doing hit cardio. Is not a rest day. If you want to go some leisure walks and get ten thousands steps in, i'm all about that. My clients get so srassed. I tell him, i don’t care f you steps or at four thousand a chill. Chill. Put your e up and chill. Right? So that would be number four. Your form is incorrect
