How to Pair Climate and Dishes

At the moment, I'm not thinking about restaurant because there's just a lot of effort and work going into a restaurant. But maybe one day I'm quite keen on having a bakery. My ideal bakery would be ones that doing like Chinese baked goods. So we have a lot of like Chinese pastry that has been prepared especially for like special occasions, wearing. Those are the stuff that I think less people are doing it now - even in back at home. What have you been your favourite kind of pairings of climate and dishes? Oh, that's a hard one. Sunday Rose has always, always Sunday Rose. It doesn't matter, right?
