Putin's Right to Use Alternative Ways of Fighting the War

Putin's right to try and use alternative ways of fighting this war. He has already had to abandon the starting place where mobilization was concerned, it was last autumn I think wasn't it where he moved to mobilize about 300,000 more people. That actually then led to a not insignificant number of Russian men leaving the country. Their life can just go on as normal, you know, or as close to normal as possible.
