"I saw young men, the young men coming to seminary excited about maybe getting to serve in the church," he says. "And I simply said, well, like produces like, and that is cats give birth to cats, dogs give birth to dogs,. Pastor give birth to pastors and seminary professors make seminary professors." He adds: "Part of the reason you want to be a pastor is you love being around people that talk about theology"
