He started by asking the team if they were willing to think with him about ways he could change their behavior. The goal is to have an incredibly impactful presence when you're in a room with a number of people, so that you move the room,. That's the goal. And yes, the person ends up cleaning up like wiwars, but they also begin to think about who are these people? Not just what they see in me, but what do they want for themselves?
