Google has a rule that it can't take partnerships into account when ranking content. It's not that we are going to change the ranking, but I agree with you that this is going to become a complicated area. A search engine in some sense is very much of show all the content that's out there. European people who think about things like content moderation and free speech differently would be livid with us for showing response on how to make a bomb.
