People are very dissatisfied with, like, paint politics as such. People believe that to different differing degrees, but they also have the experience that affecting political outcomes is very difficult. We're told that we're in a crisis, but they don't do anything. Our desires don't seem to have any outlet in making happen. And so a politics itself becomes something that people are distrustful of, bored of, and exhausted by. Is much better for the right than it is for the left,. especially given these new right forces that want to end democratic politics as we've known them.
