How to Set Healthy Boundaries in Your Relationship
Liz ernshaw: The most important thing is to actually sit down with each other and say hey how are things going allow yourself to be really open to their impression in the way you would hope that they would be open to yours. She says when you set boundaries with someone tell them what you do want telling somebody what they don't want isn't usually very effective so i really want to be able to go to sleep by 10 or i need to go to bed by 10 instead of i don't want the tv on all night because then we know what we're working with.
