How to Deal With Loneliness

Loneliness is something that, as humans, we tend to not talk about. What are your triggers of feeling lonely? Do you feel lonely all the time? Are there pattens till when you do feel lonely? Is it late at night? And really challenging those thoughts, i am lonely versus, i feel lonely. I would also recommend engagement in social groups. There might be times w we don't want to go. If talking to people one or one is unting, on lines, wonderful on line groups on lines supports. Sometimes being alone by yourself doesn't equal having no one. So get yourself into a little routine and have things that you are looking forward to. You know
