I never liked working at a big company where the process is really defined and I was like kind of put into a box. So that's going to be really appealing for me early in my career. prioritizing deals, getting stuff out of my pipeline, figuring out what's a real deal. When you're full cycle, you don't have time to just mess around with the deals that aren't legit. And then honestly, yeah, it's the biggest thing.
