Is There a Validity of Race in the Criminal Justice System?

There's two questions is, one, is that entirely explanatory? And the answer seems to be no. I don't think how you're like world view here thaut we can predictively, like, just someone's actions based on the race alone. There do seem to be a evicent sub bias. So far as it's not, at least we're not justified in saying it's not. But there does seem, when you control for everything else, there does seem to be still a racial disparity there.
