I encourage everybody to leverage their social media. Having a personal brand is like a good thing, especially if you want a role in like a creative avenue. I feel like now even the lines are more open and acceptable. Like nobody's going on your Facebook and being like, Oh, they're posting personal things. We can't hire them. There's boundaries and limits of what you should share and shouldn't.
