Is Decentralization Inherently Good?
I think it's very important to shift this control away from the large corporations and back towards individuals. I've given two talks at the blockstock conferences, one in california and one in berlin, where i make the point that de centralization isn't inherently good. De centralization can check the power of the large, centralized entities, and that's a good thing. And we can build systems, and we can have dows with governments, but we can also use the same tec for very terrible things,.
