Exit Cap Rate for Multifamily Loans - 5.3?
The Fed is going to meet again in a couple of weeks, indicated a 50 basis point increase. How does that affect your exit cap rate of 5.3 in your pro forma? Do you think you'll achieve that? So definitely it will go higher. If you sell now, we need to sell with higher cap rate. What would you sell it today? Maybe around 6 I can say.
