I Don't Think It's Going to Happen at All.
All 22 of the states which either have a trigger law or about to m kick in with new restrictions, not a single one of em even has paid family leave. Greg abbot won't even take medicare dollars to pay for mental health. I don't see a world where any robust family structure or any that passes any time soon. The only thing that would get a republican politician whose anti status was anti expansion of the state is an abortion ban.
