The maple syrup industry alone, it's going to be worth one point seven billion dollars. A single barrel of maple syrup is currently more than 20 times the price of a barrel of oil. Maple serf's not made everywhere. In fact, it's pretty much exclusively created in north america. The province of Vermont specifically makes 70% of the world's entire supply of maple syrup.
