The Importance of Continuous Improvement

When you lose it's easy to improve but when you're on a big win streak that's harder. When we've all fortunate men there is when you you have that continuous improvement right? That's where the complacent streets bred come out and  that's when the egos come out. So i think uh to me and that builds a tight bond if a team through failure if you can stick together have no ego don't point fingers collectively try to improve and come out of the rubble, he says.
