The intanet provides an avenue for people to exercise basic human rights like freedom of expression, access to information and assembly. When you shut down the intanete i mens yoare preventing people from verifying that information that is already outtay. So when i get information that i don't really think its right, i check on majora medior outlet, like the b b c side. Has the story been reported there? And so if you shut Down the internet, you are going to prevent me, or deny me, access to other platforms where i could have verified what is happening.
