Is There a Double Jeopardy Problem?

The we build the wall campaign, if you recall, was an effort led by bannon that sought a donations for people for actually building the wall. It does sound familiar, doesn't it? And so for that, bannon was charged on charges including money laundering, conspiracy and fraud. But donald tromp, in one of his final acts as president, pardoned st steve bannon. So there's no double jeopardy bar here. He'll have trial in manhattan if he doesn't plead guilty. What do you think?
