The Importance of Holding People in Success
I think where we run into problems is when the only way we can feel good about ourselves is assuming that someone's feeling shit behind closed doors. You just don't know what's going on behind closed doors and things like that. So I think doing work around actually being able to hold people in this success is going to be a value of some kind. And also, you know, I didn't Instagram posts really recently. And I said, stop normalising the Instagrams only a highlight reel. Yeah. That's the difference though. Look at them but then know that you like use them as a goal post. That's what you want to get to and then continue to grow from there
