There are all sorts of jobs that it just seems to me, I mean, we can have an argument about weed, but like any drug beyond weed, there are lots of jobs for which that just simply has to be a non starter. And so using measures of the current behavior, whether it be drug use or something else, that tells you what they're currently doing is really important. Even people that are pretty heavily involved in crime change. They're not the same person who committed the crime that put them in prison.
