The Different Colors of Sourdough

All the bakers dough went into the oven at the same time. You could see some really big air bubbles in some and none in others. Some loaves didn't look as good like Paul's. This has a lot of nice fish eyes or blisters. Little bubbly blisters on the cooked crust are another sign of a great sourdough. The ones that are looking very sad at the back, the two behind this one here. Yeah, the little but not, they're not very good.
