The Knock on Effect of Twitter's Limit of Tweets

There has been a backlash from people saying they need to be looking at Twitter for vital information. I just wondered what you thought of the knock on effect of this limitation. You sound pretty eagle eyed watching all the developments on Twitter, but perhaps a little bit disappointed in the way it's playing out. But there are moments where you see toxicity and the return of some of the previously banned people hasn't helped this.
