How to Shorten Your Intranet Episodes

We got some feedback, partly about the intro. We realized that probably is pretty long for any episode. I've chied with Dan Pugh or Dan Lofi and he says he's going to do his 45 second version. Which I think is a good compromise. If you've got any more feedback, we'd both like to know what you think of the event format. It's interesting. Is it another way maybe you'd like us to do that kind of reporting from events? Would you want us to do more events? would you like us to stop going to events?
