Cool Weather in the United States

Temperatures in the united states are usually between 60 to just under a hundred, high nineties. Any temperature in the sixties is what i would call cool, cool. The west coast has its own kind of strange weather that's different than the rest of the country. People are often surprised when they visit san francisco that it gets kind of chilly, a little cool.
