At ibm, the matrix organization that i had was over 200 people across the world. So part of my thinking was, how do i build an set of leaders, a cand then help me scale, and help me scale fast? Because we aom, we were really small. Six people for an organization the size of solice that has offices around the world and a mass ofe enterprise sales team was nowhere near enough. But we also had to scale the tech. We had no foundation, very little technology, no marketing processes. So we had a lot of areas to scale.
