The Cost of Happiness
The moral of the story is that all things come at a cost, be it clean energy or universal healthcare. People in third world countries who live on the exact edge of living and dying are going to be where it hurts. So every time a politician says we must do something, ask yourself: Is it worth what it's going to cost? The New York Post breathlessly claims nearly half of happiness is genetic so most of us are doomed.
