I would argue we can also describe politics in terms of like a physical coercion to symbolic modes of contestation axis right I will at some point talk about that in my book so I won't get into that right now but it's really interesting. That sort of like resistance to change versus acceptance of change axis corresponds to this distinct like temporality in political orientation which basically just maps to when your politics were first articulated and is constrained by what was known about the world. Even within radically egalitarian politics i.e. leftism and anarchism there's this distinct historicity right you know  so much of those discussions are historic.
