If you're not at a point where you can get to those operational efficiencies, even consider trying to find a way to mimic them. The only other technical advice I could give would be kind of like Michael Gerber suggests in the EMITH revisited: map out the hierarchy of your whole organizational system five years from now. So start moving into the state of consciousness that you want to be in in the future now and then work as though you're already there.
