Social Media and Its Effect on Mental Health

Twitter is still one of the few places where you actually see people you actually follow. But most social media, especially facebook and instogram, have a carefully cerated algorithm that could create certain emotional outcomes. And i think there is a correlation between the the mental and the wellness of just people going down dramatically with the onset of social media. Elseyu do not have time re establishing the same idea, reinforcing that ideai. It's also our political discourse, which is being bastardized. The problem is everyone might actually calm down if they got a healthier balance up their news sources.
