The Risk of Breast Cancer in Patients With LCIS
LCIS is not a pre-millingent lesion, and it marks increased risk of cancer development in both breasts. LCIS puts patients at a higher risk of cancer over their lifetime. Hormonal therapy for these carcinoma and situ's would be safe on the abs that would be no further surgery but send the patient for consideration for hormonal therapy.
