The trick is, it has to be relevant and similar to what you're actually doing on the job. When you answer a multiple choice question and you earn 5 points, that's gamification because there's no real thing. But if you're asking open-ended questions probing questions then then probe in the game like do that. So games tend to have very specific integrated elements to provide the whole gestalt or the whole experience. And gamification, we're kind of saying, look, here's what you need to do to earn these points here specificallywhat you need to answer. It's a very specific targeted element"
