B b, warfield writes that one of the dange s of theological education is that the radical glories of the gospel just become so familiar to you that you lose your sense of awe. And in losing your worship, you're just a step from idolatry. There's hope for us because god's ultimate answer is not to give us a set of principles but to give us himself - jesus christ, the son of god. These words become all too familiar to me and i'm afraid i know it's true of me.
