The Psychophysiologic Response to Chronic Stress and Tension

The hypothesis is that chronic stress and tension is not properly processed. Repressed emotions can actually do the same thing, causes a psychophysiologic response where you can have pain syndromes. By the end of the protocol, 64% in the treatment group had zero pain. And if you looked at the control group, it was only 11%. In the mindfulness group, where we kind of tried to fool people, 25%. If you flip that to zero or one, our therapy, which we call TSRT went up to close to 75%.
