If you are accident prone, JIT is a tah. You probably need some functional stiffness around your joints,. So I would actually recommend that you would maybe look to do an extra day of resistance training. Joe: foundation strength is going to be the best view. It's not a huge emphasis, but it is going to build strength through your ranges of motion and you already have all the ranges.
