Is Surgery Really Necessary?

If you have degenerative disc disease, which is wear and tear of the disc bases, sometimes it's tender. And so when you're bending, lifting, twisting, reaching, stressing, then the it's like squeezing lemons at the interface of the disc space. This squeezes out inflammatory mediators, inflammatory chemicals, and they cause pain. But some people, right, that needs surgery. Some people have a large herniated disc, some mechanical obstruction in the canal, or they have spinal stenosis.
