This week I've been covering a story that centers around this culture of racism in the Metropolitan Police. A WhatsApp group full of former officers was full of racist, misogynistic, homophobic abuse. And it's led to the arrest of a man, Rob Lewis, who had left his job at the Met for the home office. And he's also been suspended from his role in immigration there. We want to discuss this with Pam Sandhu, former Metropolitan Police Chief Superintendent.
