Joe Biden and the Midterms

Despite his lackluster performance in the debates and various other questions about his health and his cognitive capacity, he managed to win. And I imagine that suggests to me anyways that almost anyone could have won against Dr. Oz in that particular race. But there were plenty of other places where there were close races and Joe Biden was not a factor at all, and folks seemed disinterested in having him show up. The only person I can imagine who's less impressive is the one in person he ran. His personal walk is her. He's the only one that exceptionally bad candidate. Yes.
