My mom who had been sick for a long time passed away. One of my best friends from college passed away as well. And then on a good note, we had our second kid shortly before those two deaths happened.

Patrick Donley talks with Sean Sweeney about his real estate journey from working as a receptionist in San Francisco to becoming a general partner of Hall Sweeney. His company has done seven ground-up new construction projects in Minneapolis with a total value of over $100 million. Prior to forming Hall Sweeney, Sean worked in acquisitions at Timberland Partners, where he was responsible for opening new markets and acquisitions.
