There are tantalizing moments where you mention particular peoplead in the inthe section about women. We use women as an explanatory tool to explain, and it comes directly from ancient writers too. To this new world, there has been a shift in the dynamic of work. Staff no longer want grueling, anti social hours. Jobs must compatible with personal wervs. Businesses are facing labour shortages. Pay rises may help, but as many employers are learning, work is not just about the money. Build the confidence to lead.
