The Importance of Having a Product Roadmap
Kelly Wallace: I read a post on LinkedIn that said, agile processes were designed by engineers. He says we don't live in an engineer world; we live in a product world where the agile processes aren't good. What about if I'm planning a product at scale, which is a product of products, he asks. Wallace: Having what we're talking about here is flexibility on what you work on next. It's really about the flexibility to respond to what's going on and pull based on those events.
