There are two points at which you can hold your breath. One is after inhalation and one is after exhalation. We're going to do kumbuk and rechuk with about five seconds of inhalation and exhalation in each practice. As you breathe in, yawning is fantastic. But what I really want you to do is pay attention to the rising wave to not do some part practice. And then as you hold your breath, you may feel rising discomfort.
