Getting Back to What You Are Doing

We think we know what we need to do, but that we just can't figure out how to do it. Adh d makes it easy to get distracted and getting back to what you are doing is only going to be made more difficult if you don't know what that is. We often don't put any perimeters on that. If we're finding ourselves frequently getting pulled away, it will probably be useful to write down those intentions that we want to be working on. It's amazing how we convince ourselves that by changing nothing, that we are going to have different results.
