Are You Taking Responsibility for Your Emotions?
We want to be able go to our partners for support, but we don't want to make our partners responsible for every one of our emotions. There is a difference between not feeling your best and taking not feeling yourbest out on the person you're seeing. The right person will weather a difficult period with you. That's what makes them the right person. But we are still focused ourselves on bringing ourselves out of that difficult period. Even when something is chronic, i take responsibility for my own emotions.
