How to Automate Your Business

One of the interesting things that you talked about back when you did your text interview last year for ndhackers.com was just how important automation is to your business. You explicitly mentioned that the only reason why you can run things as a solo founder is because you've got so many bots helping you out with things behind the scenes. So I'd really like to pick your brain here about all of your automation and just learn what kind of bots you're building and what jobs you're having them do. Maybe the place to start is to just ask you overall like what's your philosophy on automation and how do you approach it?
