Exercise for Weight Loss or for Body Peace?
Exercising for weight loss and exercising for body peace is an important distinction. When you're trying to lose weight, it's helpful to get your heart rate up to a certain level. It's helpful to be able to burn calories. The more effort you put into it, the higher intensity that you use. I don't believe you can exercise your way into smaller sizes. You'de kill yourself in the process of doing that.
