Biden wants to prioritize black and minority businesses, women's businesses in the relief. He also called on all government agencies to within 200 days file a report on what they're doing for equity. So I think this ends up just being- you have hiring, you have maybe different hiring standards. Blacks are already overrepresented in the federal government workforce Just because the government has been practicing affirmative action for generations now.
