He claimed that the government had been in contact with aliens from the system Zeta reticuli, which sounds like a perfectly reasonable sci-fi name. Claimed he saw them while being in the workplace that they were living beings from beyond earth walking around in area 51. He made some claims about a device that can scan your hands to prove your identity so that way when you walked into work, it wasn't scanning a badge. It was putting your hands on a device, scanning them. That device actually showed up in the public and was subsequently declassified.
