Sports Documentaries Are a Great Place for That, Brian
The relationships that Rocky has with Adrian, with the trainer, with Polly, these are things that end up paying off later. They kind of become these little mini arc subplots that then feed into the central plot as Rocky goes up against Apollo Creed. And it's interesting. If you've ever watched a sports documentary or a human interest piece about an athlete, this is my favorite part of watching the Olympics. Whenever the Olympics happen, I'm like, just tell me about this skier from South Dakota and her whole deal and her mechanical leg. And I just love it.
